Common questions
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Choose the app and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Deleting an app does not cancel its subscription.
How do I restore a purchase on a new iPhone?
Open the app, go to Settings and tap “Restore purchases” while signed in with the Apple ID you used to buy.
How do I request a refund?
Apple processes all App Store purchases, so refunds are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my data?
Use “Delete my data” in the app’s Settings, or email privacy@smallwonderapps.com with the app ID shown there. We delete it within 30 days.
